Patient Case: Prevention of Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections in a 76 years old Male ?

A geriatric physicians present his patient to G- Med Community for consultation:  

the patient suffers from recurrent, symptomatic, urinary tract infection, lately about every 2 months.

Each time, a different bacterial species is found - ESBL E. coli , then a moderately resistant E. coli, now P. mirabilis….
